Increase your ability to understand and thrive in complexity with this simple framework that deepens your understanding of different kinds of situations and how you can respond to them productively.

Are you wondering why things seem so chaotic?  Feeling like things are too unpredictable? Are definitive answers hard – or even impossible – to find?

You’ll leave with tools and practices that will empower you to:

  • Diagnose situations and respond in ways that accurately reflect the demands of that situation

  • Bring clarity to complexity with specific tools and approaches

  • Ease your need for certainty and embrace ambiguity (Yes, really, this could be you!)

And because I know that it’s easy to come to a workshop and get all excited and then forget everything when you get back to the office, you’ll get a short video each week for three weeks after the workshop to reinforce your learning and an optional video call two weeks after the session to touch base, share experiences and ask questions.

Each of the workshops is grounded in one of the practices in my Amazon best-selling book, Finding Time to Lead.  Everyone will also get a free copy of Finding Time to Lead to further reinforce your learning.

Time: 8:30 – 12:00 (light breakfast available at 8:00)

Location:  Event space near Hampton and Highway 44 (Location information will be sent out prior to the workshop)

Cost:  $500 per person per workshop

Early bird sign up (prior to March 28): $400 per person

Non-profit rate: $250 per person. (Code: NONPROF)
