Melvin.png

This is Melvin, a.k.a. “Melvin the Relevant Elephant.”  Melvin likes company so he comes with us to meetings when we need to surface the elephants in the room.  He’s travelled from San Francisco to New York City and lots of places in between.

This is “Rocket Man” from the front of Leslie’s book, Finding Time to Lead. He’s an artifact of our Tribe because he makes us chuckle.  We appreciate his gallant efforts and our friend Matt has volunteered to dress up like him and ride across the stage when Leslie is speaking.

And these… flip chart paper, markers, Sharpies and post-it notes… because no self-respecting facilitator or trainer would go anywhere without these!
